This web site was created for Dr. Lammers' Marketing 346: Market Research
Class (Summer Session 04) at California State University-Northridge. This is my first attempt in making a web site with more
than just pictures, so I hope you enjoy it as I have enjoyed creating it. This class has helped me develop my skills and learn
many aspects that will help me in my future career in the business world. I learned how to generate reliable surveys and how
to process the information that I gained. I also learned how to use and execute the SPSS program and how to interpret my data.
Below are my links to my graph and dendrogram from Project 3 and Project 4 as well as a short description.
Project 4:
In project 4 we were required to run a set of data through the SPSS program
and interpret the findings. Through the findings I had to sort out the reliable and unrealible factors and create graphs for
the reliabile factors. This process required running a Chi-squared test and an ANOVA test. (Link located at the bottom)
Project 3:
Project three consists of finding 7 cases and 4 variables, then clustering
them. The 7 cases I chose, are based on cars that I like. The 7 cases and 4 variables are as follows:
7 Cases:
1.) Lamborghini Murcielago
2.) Rolls Royce Phantom
3.) Ferrari Enzo
4.) Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren
5.) Dodge Viper SRT-10
6.) Aston Martin DB9 Volante
7.) Acura NSX
4 Variables:
1.) Price
2.) Horsepower
3.) Engine
4.) Acceleration 0-60
After gathering my data (from the sites listed below) and running my data through the
SPSS program I generated a dendrogram, as follows: (click on the following link)
